Due to the perishable nature of our pasture-raised meat, we cannot accept physical returns; however, if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately check your package to ensure all items are present and still frozen or refrigerator-cold to the touch.
- 2.Document Issues
If there is a problem with your order, take clear photos of the shipping box, the thermal liner, and the specific product labels in question.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos you captured to initiate a claim.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will issue a store credit, a full refund to your original payment method, or ship a replacement immediately.
